U.S. Backed – Obama Supported FSA Rebels Massacre an Entire Christian Village in Syria

Members of the Free Syrian Army reportedly attacked the Christian-dominated al-Duvair village in Reef on the outskirts of Homs on Monday, where they massacred its citizens, including women and children, before the Syrian Army loyal to Bashar al Assad intervened on behalf of the Christians.

This reported attack comes shortly after intense fighting in the city of al-Qusseir over the weekend, in which Bashar Al-Assad’s forces inflicted heavy casualties on the rebels.

Assad’s forces launched an offensive in April in an effort to cut off supply lines to the rebels by taking the city and its surrounding areas from the rebel groups that had been entrenched there since last year. Two weeks ago, the Syrian forces reached the center of the city

While the sources describing Monday’s massacre are supportive of Assad, it’s possible that it occurred since the rebel groups fighting the Assad regime are composed mainly of members of al-Qaeda and al-Qaeda affiliated groups and have committed war crimes and atrocities in the past.

Jabhat al-Nusra, the branch of al-Qaeda that fought and killed American and allied troops in Iraq, have positioned themselves in Syria and control the rebel movement.

The U.S. and other Western governments that are backing the FSA have acknowledged the presence of jihadists but insist that they’re only a small part of the rebel movement. However, al-Qaeda and other Islamic extremist groups have been at the front of the rebel movement since day one of the Syrian war that began two years ago. According to German intelligence, 95 percent of the rebels aren’t even Syrian.

“Nowhere in rebel-controlled Syria is there a secular fighting force to speak of,” the New York Times reported last month.

In April, Abou Mohamad al-Joulani, the head of al-Nusra, pledged allegiance to Ayman al-Zawahri, the head of al-Qaeda.

Members of the FSA have admitted that their plan is to institute sharia law, and the rebels now have a brigade named the Osama bin Laden Brigade.

Despite the evidence of al-Qaeda connections, the U.S. government continues to support the FSA.

Last week, Sens. Robert Menendez, D.-N.J., and Bob Corker, R-Tenn., drafted a bill that, if passed, would directly arm the Syrian rebels with lethal weaponry. The U.S. government has so far only provided non-lethal supplies and humanitarian aid.

On Monday, Sen. John McCain made a surprise visit to Syria where he met with Gen. Salem Idris, the leader of the Supreme Military Council of the FSA. McCain has also called for arming the rebels as well as direct U.S. military intervention in the war.

Rhonda Amoroso: Rising Star in North Carolina Republican Party

http://northcarolinaconservative.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/convention-ben-smith.jpg

Rhonda Amoroso (left) is a rising star in the North Carolina Republican Party.  In photo above she is depicted with former Navy SEAL Benjamin Smith making the rounds at NCGOP Convention in Charlotte.

Excerpt from WHQR article by Rachel Lewis Hilburn

It wasn’t until the addition of Sarah Palin to the Republican Presidential ticket in 2008 that Rhonda Amoroso’s desire to create political change in the Cape Fear region re-ignited.

Several years later, the New Hanover County Republican Party re-elected Rhonda Amoroso to a second two-year term as Party Chair.  Then, almost immediately, Governor Pat McCrory appointed her to the State Board of Elections.

In the meantime, her passion for election law reform will be put to work at the State level.  The self-described conservative is championing changes to election laws in the state – particularly the new voter ID law.

"My main goal really is to recruit and get Republican candidates elected to office.  The next thing up we have is the City elections – City Council.  Filing is in July.  As you know the demographics in the City do not favor the Republicans.  Right now we have one lone guy on there, so it’s tough.  But we are trying to recruit professional types, credible, qualified, competent people."

*******************************
JUNE 15, 2013

Rhonda Amoroso was interviewed by conservative journalist Verne Strickland regarding her new role as a member of the North Carolina Board of Elections, and the modern ascendancy of the North Carolina Republican Party:

"I’m honored to have been appointed by Governor McCrory. It will be a big challenge. Kim Strache we like very much. She replaced Gary Bartlett, long-time liberal ideologue. So he’s out and Kim has already started working. She’s going to be great.

"I think that what you’re going to see is once the new election laws are passed and signed by the Governor, there will be a time of new outreach, education required – and I’m talking about the Voter ID law. My guess is in July. So we’re going to see a lot about that. June 25 is when we’ll meet to appoint local board of elections members in all 100 counties. There are three people in each county serving – two from the majority,Governor’s party, and the third from the other party.
"The Republicans haven’t been in power in over 20 years, so that balance shifts now. We will have two Republicans here in New Hanover County and one Democrat on our local Board of Elections. We’ll continue to work with the current chairman of the local Board of Elections. I’m excited to move forward.

"I’ve been on the ground with elections over the last five years and I’ve seen what goes on.  I’ve been a poll observer, and ran election operations here in New Hanover as chairman of the party, and have a pretty good sense of what we’re up against, trained hundreds of people to become poll observers, so I come in with that knowledge. I also am an attorney in regulatory law. That’s what I used to do. So I’m really looking forward to it.

"The folks I will be serving with, at least on the Republican side, are excellent attorneys as well. My goal is to ensure election integrity. To make sure your vote counts and my vote counts. We won’t accept irregularities or fraudulent voting. That’s really what it’s about – to have fair and honest elections.
"People need to stay in touch with what’s going on. Here in New Hanover County we need judges. We’ll have the chief judge spot, and we need a second judge and lots of assistants and poll workers. Those are paid jobs, and if people want to get in the game for next year, 2014 – coming up we have a municipal non-partisan election and poll observers are not needed for that.  But we do need judges. Chief and assistant judges. That’s something people need to step up and do.

"It's gratifying to consider how much we can accomplish now following Republican victories in the Governor's Office, N.C. Senate, NC House of Representatives, plus growing strength on the bench. At all levels, the GOP team is in place and we are ready for the challenge."

Jihadist swine does not amuse U.S. District Judge, who insults "Shoe Bomber" then sentences him to prison forever.

Verne Strickland / USA DOT COM / June 14, 2013
Chris Crawley shared Gary Hufstetler's photo.
Judge William Young, US District Court, gives "Shoe Bomber" Real Hot Foot!
Remember the guy who got on a plane with a bomb built into his shoe and tried to light it?

Did you know his trial is over?
Did you know he was sentenced?
Did you see/hear any of the judge's comments on TV or Radio?
Didn't think so.!!!

Everyone should hear what the judge had to say.

Ruling by Judge William Young, US District Court.

Prior to sentencing, the Judge asked the defendant if he had anything to say His response: After admitting his guilt to the court for the record, Reid also admitted his 'allegiance to Osama bin Laden, to Islam, and to the religion of Allah,' defiantly stating, 'I think I will not apologize for my actions,' and told the court 'I am at war with your country.'

Judge Young then delivered the statement quoted below:

Judge Young: "Mr. Richard C. Reid, hearken now to the sentence the Court imposes upon you.

On counts 1, 5 and 6 the Court sentences you to life in prison in the custody of the United States Attorney General. On counts 2, 3, 4 and 7, the Court sentences you to 20 years in prison on each count, the sentence on each count to run consecutively. (That's 80 years.)

On count 8 the Court sentences you to the mandatory 30 years, again to be served consecutively to the 80 years just imposed. The Court imposes upon you for each of the eight counts a fine of $250,000, that's an aggregate fine of $2 million. The Court accepts the government's recommendation with respect to restitution and orders restitution in the amount of $298.17 to Andre Bousquet and $5,784 to American Airlines.

The Court imposes upon you an $800 special assessment. The Court imposes upon you, five years supervised release simply because the law requires it. But the life sentences are real life sentences so I need go no further.

This is the sentence that is provided for by our statutes. It is a fair and just sentence. It is a righteous sentence.

Now, let me explain this to you. We are not afraid of you or any of your terrorist co-conspirators, Mr. Reid. We are Americans. We have been through the fire before. There is too much war talk here and I say that to everyone with the utmost respect. Here in this court, we deal with individuals as individuals and care for individuals as individuals. As human beings, we reach out for justice.

You are not an enemy combatant. You are a terrorist. You are not a soldier in any war. You are a terrorist. To give you that reference, to call you a soldier, gives you far too much stature. Whether the officers of government do it, or your attorney does it, or if you think you are a soldier, you are not-----, you are a terrorist. And we do not negotiate with terrorists. We do not meet with terrorists. We do not sign documents with terrorists. We hunt them down one by one and bring them to justice.

So war talk is way out of line in this court. You are a big fellow. But you are not that big. You're no warrior. I've known warriors. You are a terrorist. A species of criminal that is guilty of multiple attempted murders. In a very real sense, State Trooper Santiago had it right when you first were taken off that plane and into custody and you wondered where the press and the TV crews were, and he said:

'You're no big deal. '

You are no big deal.

What your able counsel and what the equally able United States attorneys have grappled with and what I have, as honestly as I know how, tried to grapple with, is why you did something so horrific. What was it that led you here to this courtroom today?

I have listened respectfully to what you have to say. And I ask you to search your heart and ask yourself what sort of unfathomable hate led you to do what you are guilty, and admit you are guilty, of doing? And, I have an answer for you. It may not satisfy you, but as I search this entire record, it comes as close to understanding as I know.

It seems to me, you hate the one thing that to us is most precious. You hate our freedom. Our individual freedom. Our individual freedom to live as we choose, to come and go as we choose, to believe or not believe as we individually choose. Here, in this society, the very wind carries freedom. It carries it everywhere from sea to shining sea. It is because we prize individual freedom so much that you are here in this beautiful courtroom, so that everyone can see, truly see, that justice is administered fairly, individually, and discretely. It is for freedom's sake that your lawyers are striving so vigorously on your behalf, have filed appeals, will go on in their representation of you before other judges.

We Americans are all about freedom. Because we all know that the way we treat you, Mr. Reid, is the measure of our own liberties. Make no mistake though. It is yet true that we will bear any burden; pay any price, to preserve our freedoms. Look around this courtroom. Mark it well. The world is not going to long remember what you or I say here. The day after tomorrow, it will be forgotten, but this, however, will long endure.

Here in this courtroom and courtrooms all across America , the American people will gather to see that justice, individual justice, justice, not war, individual justice, is in fact being done. The very President of the United States through his officers, will have to come into courtrooms and lay out evidence on which specific matters can be judged and juries of citizens will gather to sit and judge that evidence democratically, to mold and shape and refine our sense of justice.

See that flag, Mr. Reid? That's the flag of the United States of America . That flag will fly there long after this is all forgotten. That flag stands for freedom. And it always will.

Mr. Custody Officer. Stand him down."

So, how much of this Judge's comments did we hear on our TV sets? We need more judges like Judge Young. Pass this around. Everyone should, and needs to, hear what this fine judge had to say. Powerful words that strike home.

Please SEND this----so that everyone has a chance to read it.

Obama Administration Considers Resettling 'Thousands of Syrian Refugees' in U.S.

Verne Strickland / USA DOT COM / June13, 2013
.

www.breitbart.com

The Obama administration is considering resettling thousands of refugees who left Syria during the country's ongoing civil war to multiple towns and cities across the United States, the L.A. Times reports.

A resettlement plan under discussion in Washington and other capitals is aimed at relieving pressure on Middle Eastern countries straining to support 1.6 million refugees, as well as assisting hard-hit Syrian families.
The State Department is "ready to consider the idea," an official from the department said, if the administration receives a formal request from the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Refugees, which is the usual procedure.
The United States usually accepts about half the refugees that the U.N. agency proposes for resettlement. California has historically taken the largest share, but Illinois, Florida, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia are also popular destinations.
U.N. refugee officials, along with diplomats and non-governmental relief groups, are scheduled to meet in Geneva this week to discuss potential resettlement plans. Germany has already agreed to take 5,000 refugees.
"It was probably inevitable that in this crisis, with these overwhelming numbers, governments would start moving in this direction," Lavinia Limon, chief executive officer of the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, a Virginia-based advocacy and service group, told the L.A. Times. Limon added, "But there will be resistance."
Congress is unlikely to warm up to the idea of agreeing to resettle thousands of Syrian refugees into the U.S. Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle who are currently pushing immigration reform bills, particularly aimed at Latinos who are in the country illegally, will need to explain why they may favor or oppose resettling thousands of Syrian refugees.
It should be noted that Congress resisted accepting Iraqi refugees in 2003 following the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq. Between 1983 and 2009, the U.S. resettled a total of 76,205 Iraqis. Meanwhile, seventy percent of total refugees in the U.S. were on food stamps in 2009. Within that number, 95 percent of Iraqi refugees were food stamp recipients. Additionally, the report shows an unemployment rate of 46 percent in 2009 among Iraqi refugees. A total of 219 Syrian refugees were resettled in the U.S. between 1983 and 2009.
More importantly, President Obama's administration supports Syrians who are attempting to oust Syrian President Bashar Assad, but the emergence of Islamic extremist groups with ties to al Qaeda among the Syrian opposition presents a serious security concern. The L.A. Times alludes to the potential danger with such a resettlement:
Homeland security officials require careful vetting of refugees, with multiple interviews and background checks before they are allowed to enter the country. Under normal circumstances, the screening process can take a year or longer.
U.S. officials are likely to be extra careful with Syrian refugees. As Islamic militants take a more prominent role in the rebel forces, officials worry about fighters with Al Qaeda ties trying to enter the country. Two resettled Iraqis were convicted of trying to send arms to Al Qaeda from their home in Bowling Green, Ky.
New National Security Advisor Susan Rice and President Obama's nominee for U.N. ambassador Samantha Power are both refugee advocates and will likely push for the resettlement.

Bill Clinton: Obama Risks Looking Like A 'Wuss,' 'A Total Fool' If He Doesn't Act On Syria

The Huffington Post  |  By Posted:
Former President Bill Clinton offered a stinging critique of President Barack Obama's inaction in Syria during a closed-press event this week, Politico reported, arguing that Obama's hesitance to get involved in the lengthy conflict could end up making him look like a "total fool" and a "wuss."
While only 15 percent of Americans said they'd back military action in Syria, according to a recent poll, Clinton spoke Tuesday during a question-and-answer session alongside Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and suggested that such support among the American public or Congress shouldn't have any bearing on Obama's decision.
Clinton warned that it would be unwise to opt against action because “there was a poll in the morning paper that said 80 percent of you were against it."
"[Y]ou’d look like a total wuss,” he continued. “And you would be. I don’t mean that a leader should go out of his way or her way to do the unpopular thing, I simply mean when people are telling you ‘no’ in these situations, very often what they’re doing is flashing a giant yellow light and saying, ‘For God’s sakes, be careful, tell us what you’re doing, think this through, be careful.”
Clinton went on to say that a poll showing a lack of support wouldn't provide cover for Obama if things got worse down the road. The president would just be left looking "like a total fool," he said.
McCain, for his part, has been perhaps the most persistent and outspoken proponent of U.S. intervention in Syria. The senator visited the wartorn nation last month to meet with rebel leaders. He's since made aggressive calls for the U.S. to provide the rebels with heavy weaponry to aid in their battle against Syrian President Bashar Assad.
A report from the UN released Thursday found that nearly 93,000 people have been confirmed killed in the Syrian conflict since 2011. McCain quickly tweeted a link to the story.
In their joint appearance Tuesday, Clinton said he agreed with McCain's insistence that the U.S. get involved in the fight, saying he didn't "think Syria is necessarily Iraq or Afghanistan." While Clinton said he understood that many were likely hesitant, due to frequent reports showing a complex and messy situation, he suggested that Obama couldn't view the conflict this way.
“Sometimes it’s just best to get caught trying, as long as you don’t overcommit -- like, as long as you don’t make an improvident commitment,” he said.

Rhonda Amoroso on NCGOP Convention -- McCrory, Pope, Tillis, Elections 2014, the Tea Party, and Libertarians

By VERNE STRICKLAND   JUNE 12, 2013

The N.C. Republican Party Convention drew energized GOP faithful to Charlotte on June 7-9, 2013, to take care of business. I interviewed Rhonda Amoroso, newly-appointed member of the North Carolina Board of Elections to get her views on the pivotal meeting:

AMOROSO: There were about 1217 registered delegates there involved in the voting process on Saturday. The main responsibilities were to elect a new party chairman and vice chairman. Also on Saturday the delegates were able to attend various dinners and lunches. Karl Rove was the keynote Saturday evening speaker, and actually Karl spoke to a packed house, probably about 500 people. He was on fire, talking about one scandal after another. He was very well-received.

Friday evening, Governor McCrory spoke at the banquet along with Scott Brown who was U.S. Senator from Massachusetts, but was defeated by a left-wing liberal, Elizabeth Warren. He was actually quite good. J.C. Watts addressed the convention and he did a good job as well. Deneen Borelli spoke on Saturday. She’s an African-American conservative with a lead in Project 21. She has a book out called “Blacklash”, and you’ve probably seen her on Fox News and The Blaze. A very interesting lady.

On Saturday, folks had the opportunity to go to break-out sessions on a number of important subjects.  I attended one entitled “Calling All Republican Lawyers” and it was excellent. A number of Supreme Court judges were there – Newby, and a number of court of appeal judges. There were lots of opportunities for mingling.

I attended one of the excellent break-out sessions -- campaign finance briefing led by Kim Strach, who is executive director for the State Board of Elections, to which I was appointed by Governor McCrory. Kim talked about the ten top issues in campaign financing. On balance, I think there was something for everyone, and I have friends and colleagues I visited with, which was especially useful in my new state role, as I could be in touch with people from all 100 counties.

CLAUDE POPE, THOM TILLIS & 2014 U.S. SENATE RACE

Claude Pope ran for party chairman against a fellow named Jack Brosche, and Claude won by a commanding margin. Claude is perfectly equipped to take on this job, and is former chairman of the Wake County Republican Party. A small businessman, he owns  the Mini-Mart on Bald Head Island. He just comes with a breadth of business knowledge and has the ability to get the job done. He’s a very personable gentleman, and will be very much available to everyone in the GOP.  I understand that he will live in Wilmington. So, as I like to say it, we are fortunate in our area to have a chairman residing East of I-95. So we’ll have coastal representation, and I think that’s terrific.
I think N.C. House Speaker Thom Tillis has the support of long-time Republicans. He has worked with so many of our folks. The toll road issue has been hotly debated. Thom spoke on Saturday, and I think he was pretty good. I know folks may have been a little worried about him in certain areas – they don’t think he’s conservative enough, but I’m hearing he has a million dollars in the bank for his U.S. Senate run. Scott Brown spoke and reported he amassed $45 million for his U.S. Senate race in Massachusetts. That’s a daunting number. That’s something that has to be considered. You need fairly strong name recognition, you need to show that you have governed, and that you know how to get the job done. In that department, I think. Tillis has a pretty good record in that department. I’m certain he will have the North Carolina Republican establishment behind him.

THE TEA PARTY, LIBERTARIANS AND THE NCGOP

Actually the guy who ran against Claude Pope is, I believe, a libertarian. I think we can all agree with their  premise and beliefs in a basic fashion – smaller government, less taxation, liberty and freedom, and that’s something I know you and I agree on. The problem I think they have is their tactics and how they go about it – it’s either all or nothing at all, and that can’t be particularly helpful for the big picture. In that sense they are working against our own Party, and that won’t help us defeat the Democrats. We hear a lot of talk about unity and giving access to everybody, and the goal of Claude Pope is certainly to work with all the groups. He said that in his speech – that he would work with Tea Party and the Libertarians. But it has to be flexibility from all sides. It can’t always be our GOP conservatives bending to the will of various factions.  Folks really need to try and work with us.

IN THE SECOND INSTALLMENT OF MY INTERVIEW WITH RHONDA AMOROSO, SHE  DISCUSSES THE CHALLENGES FACING HER AS A NEW MEMBER OF THE N.C. BOARD OF ELECTIONS, AFTER HAVING BEEN APPOINTED BY GOVERNOR PAT McCRORY.

Planned Parenthood Has More African-American Blood on Its Hands Than the KKK

Planned Parenthood Has More African-American Blood on Its Hands Than the KKK

by Calvin Freiburger | Washington, DC | LifeNews.com | 6/7/13 11:38 AM

Washington, DC (LiveActionNews) — Juxtaposing the things that do and don’t offend pro-aborts never ceases to sicken. It recently came to light that E.W. Jackson, the Republican candidate for lieutenant governor of Virginia, once said the following:
It is time to end the slavish devotion to the Democrat party. They have insulted us, used us, and manipulated us. They have saturated the black community with ridiculous lies[.] … The Democrat party has created an unholy alliance between certain so-called civil rights leaders and Planned Parenthood, which has killed unborn black babies by the tens of millions. Planned Parenthood has been far more lethal to black lives than the KKK ever was. And the Democrat party and their black civil rights allies are partners in this genocide.

rganization that offers legal, life-saving health services to an organization with historical ties to criminal activity responsible for the terrorism, torture, and murder of many innocent people[.] … How, pray tell, is allowing low-income women of color non-judgmental access to birth control more dangerous than a group of terrorists who would burn a cross on my law
rganization that offers legal, life-saving health services to an organization with historical ties to criminal activity responsible for the terrorism, torture, and murder of many innocent people[.] … How, pray tell, is allowing low-income women of color non-judgmental access to birth control more dangerous than a group of terrorists who would burn a cross on my lawn?

As usual, she can make it sound shocking only by purposefully omitting the major Planned Parenthood service that makes the organization controversial in the first place: executing and disposing of innocent, living babies for mothers who don’t want to treat them like full human beings.
If we inject actual facts into the discussion, the shock gets flipped 180 degrees. The Tuskegee Institute estimates that between 1882 and 1968, the Klan was responsible for the deaths of 3,446 blacks. As Issues4Life Foundation president Walter Hoye notes, the Guttmacher Institute’s own figures indicate that 432,000 black babies were aborted in 2008 alone - making Jackson’s statement objectively, indisputably true. The KKK were pikers compared to PP.
Oh, and as for the legitimate pregnancy services Planned Parenthood offers (which are a smaller slice of the pie than advertised), it’s worth noting that throughout history, the Klan dabbled in its share of non-racist activities for PR purposes too, from helping the widows and orphans of Confederate soldiers to handing out sandwiches and other goods to the poor. Along similar lines, in 2002, Democrat Sen. Patty Murray made headlines for noting that Osama bin Laden won poor people’s favor in Middle Eastern countries in part by bribing them with schools, roads, and daycares. The point is that we shouldn’t be fooled when evil organizations do good deeds for their own strategic and propaganda benefit.
Non-abusive relationships can be difficult enough when there are issues such as pregnancy, children, and finances involved. Adding abuse to the equation makes it particularly dangerous; in fact, the leading cause of death of pregnant women is murder by their partner. Years later, I often think about how thankful I am that I never got pregnant during my abusive relationships—thanks to Planned Parenthood.
Planned Parenthood allowed me to have access to affordable (and often free) contraception while I was underemployed and/or a student with a very limited income. It was a place where I could go and be treated like a human being. While I could not control what sort of treatment I may be subjected to in my relationships, I was so happy that I was able to control my own body.
Actually, Carrie Lukas dug into that statistic and found it highly dubious, and since Wanjuki has opened the door, let’s not forget that abortion can be a useful tool for abusive partners, nor the Planned Parenthoods that have been exposed for negligence and/or complicity in the abuse and exploitation of women and girls.
Hey, all this talk of the non-judgmental ease with which they help kill your kids calls to mind yet another parallel to the past plight of black men and women in America. According to the South Carolina Slave Code, for instance, “Willfull [sic] murder of a slave was punished by a fine of 700 pounds. Killing a slave ‘on a sudden heat of passion’ resulted in a fine of 350 pounds.” As pitiful a slap on the wrist as that was, it was something, which is more than the absolute dominion over unborn life Planned Parenthood champions. Ever so slightly, the old South actually treated slaves better than liberals treat babies today.
E.W. Jackson’s speech is shocking – not the fact that he gave it, but the fact that what he said is completely true in the United States circa 2013. It’s shocking that a century and a half after the death of slavery, and half a century after the final defeat of institutionalized black inequality, our country would allow a bloodier crime against humanity. It’s shocking that people claim to have learned our lesson out of one side of our mouth, while spitting on it from the other. It’s shocking that people abandon our children while demanding adulation for compassion.
The only thing that isn’t shocking is which side of the aisle this cancer comes from. If any major political party was to become the party of abortion, of course it would be the party of slavery and segregation.

DHS insider: It’s about to get very ugly Author By Doug Hagmann (Bio and Archives) Monday, June 10, 2013 Comments | Print friendly | Subscribe | Email Us 4.3K Washington, D.C.—Something quite unexpected happened just hours ago, in the dark of night, during a two-day layover in Washington, DC. My son and I are scheduled to take part in a seminar outside of Raleigh, North Carolina this weekend, so we combined our travels to include a side-trip to DC for a business meeting we had previously arranged. It was during this layover that something seemingly ripped from the pages of a spy novel took place. While I was in the middle of a perfectly good and well needed sleep in the very early hours of this morning, I received a message. I cannot disclose how I received this message, at least not now. The discerning reader will understand why, which, by the way, would make a very interesting story alone. The message was extremely clear and precise. I was to meet my high level DHS insider at a very specific location in Washington, DC, at a time when most ‘normal’ people, except third-shift workers are still asleep. And, I was to come alone and make certain that I was not being followed, and I was to leave any cell phone or electronic device behind. Seriously? I thought, as I was still trying to make sense of it all. Is all this really necessary? Is this really happening? I considered waking my son to accompany me, but opted to follow the instructions to the letter. Besides, I thought, he’s not the most affable middle-of-the-night person. I left a hastily written but detailed note in my hotel room before my departure in the event something happened. I looked at the digital clock on my rental car (my personal car would never survive our long distance trip). It was 3:20 a.m. The meeting I felt like I was part of a spy movie set in our nation’s capital. A chill rose up my spine as I waited in the dark of a chilly, misty and foggy pre-dawn morning. I was to meet with my DHS insider source at a time when most of the nation is asleep, at a place I could swear was featured in the movie All the President’s Men. No one and I mean no one knows I’m here, I thought, as I could see one of the most recognizable national landmarks in the distance. My source appeared out of nowhere, or so it seemed, and handed me a cup of coffee with the astute observation that I looked like I needed it. So tell me, I asked impatiently, why do we have to meet at this time, at this location, and under such specific circumstances? ‘Because this might be our last meeting,’ he stated. Maybe it was the lack of sleep, the time, the place, or the chill of the misty rain that caused my sense of foreboding. “Explain,” I asked in an almost demanding tone. So he did, without mincing words. The details “If anyone thinks that what’s going on right now with all of this surveillance of American citizens is to fight some sort of foreign enemy, they’re delusional. If people think that this ‘scandal’ can’t get any worse, it will, hour by hour, day by day. This has the ability to bring down our national leadership, the administration and other senior elected officials working in collusion with this administration, both Republican and Democrats. People within the NSA, the Department of Justice, and others, they know who they are, need to come forth with the documentation of ‘policy and practice’ in their possession, disclose what they know, fight what’s going on, and just do their job. I have never seen anything like this, ever. The present administration is going after leakers, media sources, anyone and everyone who is even suspected of ‘betrayal.’ That’s what they call it, ‘betrayal.’ Can you believe the size of their cahones? This administration considers anyone telling the truth about Benghazi, the IRS, hell, you name the issue, ‘betrayal,’” he said. “We know all this already,” I stated. He looked at me, giving me a look like I’ve never seen, and actually pushed his finger into my chest. “You don’t know jack,” he said, “this is bigger than you can imagine, bigger than anyone can imagine. This administration is collecting names of sources, whistle blowers and their families, names of media sources and everybody they talk to and have talked to, and they already have a huge list. If you’re not working for MSNBC or CNN, you’re probably on that list. If you are a website owner with a brisk readership and a conservative bent, you’re on that list. It’s a political dissident list, not an enemy threat list,” he stated. “What’s that exactly mean, being on that list, that is,” I asked, trying to make sense of it all. “It means that there will be censorship under the color of authority of anyone in the U.S. who is attempting to expose what’s going on in our name. It’s about controlling any damning information from reaching epidemic proportions. It’s damage control to the extreme. It’s about the upcoming censorship of the internet in the name of national security. The plans are already in place. These latest reports about ‘spying eyes’ have turned this administration and others connected to it into something very, very dangerous. They feel cornered and threatened, and I’m hearing about some plans they have to shut down the flow of information that is implicating them of wrongdoing. Time is short,” he stated. “How are they going to do this? How is it even possible” I asked. “First, they intend to use the Justice Department to silence journalists like in the Rosen case, but they won’t stop there. They will use a host of national security policies, laws, letters, whatever to take out the bigger threats,” he stated. Next, they will use some sort of excuse, an external threat, and I believe it will be a combination of the economic collapse and a Mid-East war that will begin in Syria to throttle the information that is accessible on the Internet. And you know what? People will believe it!” Based on what I’ve seen, most of which I should not have seen, the DHS is co-ordinating efforts with other federal agencies to begin to threaten American citizens with incarceration for non-compliance. You know the old talk of color coded lists? Well, this is what they will be using. People exposing the truth about Benghazi, killing the U.S. Dollar, even those questioning Obama?s legal status and eligibility to be President are the current targets. And they’ve had five long years to get to this point. The ugly truth is that these policies and practices did not start under Obama, but long before. This is about the killing of our Constitutional Republic. The murder of our country and the stripping of our rights. While many have been preoccupied with one issue, few have seen the bigger issue. This is the ‘end game,’ for all the marbles,” he stated. More to come “Please,” pleaded my source, “get this information out while you can. Tell people what I’m saying, that we don’t have much time, that after the latest exposure of spying, Obama, Jarrett, Axelrod, and others, including members of Congress, have put their plans into high gear. This is about the Marxist takeover of America. This is about our country being able to survive another July 4th holiday. This is about a world war about to break out that will kill millions of people, all because of the agenda of this administration.” “They are very dangerous and will do anything and everything to stop the onslaught of negative information that’s being reported by the main stream media. But only about one quarter of the real information is being reported. The other three quarters will be the game changer. But first, tell people what I’ve said. Let them know that more will follow but get this information out right now while the internet is still relatively free. Do it today.” My source provided additional information, but I am abiding by his wish to get this much out. I am writing now to let people know that we are in for seriously dangerous times ahead. Deadly times. War, and censorship under the color of authority and under the pretext of of national security. It’s about to get a lot uglier.

DHS insider: It’s about to get very ugly

Washington, D.C.—Something quite unexpected happened just hours ago, in the dark of night, during a two-day layover in Washington, DC.

The meeting

I felt like I was part of a spy movie set in our nation’s capital.

The details

“If anyone thinks that what’s going on right now with all of this surveillance of American citizens is to fight some sort of foreign enemy, they’re delusional.
