Two of Verne Strickland's patented outrageous lists -- some things I like and some things that I don't.

HERE ARE SOME THINGS I AM HAPPY ABOUT:

I AM SAVED BY THE GRACE OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.

I AM AN AMERICAN.

I AM A CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN.

I LIVE IN NORTH CAROLINA.

I HAVE QUIT SMOKING CIGARETTES.

I HAVE QUIT SMOKING COLD TURKEY. (THAT STUFF IS AWFUL WHEN YOU LIGHT UP.)

THE AMERICAN-BORN AL QAEDA LEADER HAS BEEN KILLED.

OSAMA BIN LADEN HAS BEEN KILLED.

KHADAFI WILL BE KILLED VERY SOON.

THE ‘DOCTOR’ WHO FIDDLED AWAY MICHAEL JACKSON’S LIFE IS NOT A WHITE MAN.

HERE ARE SOME THINGS I AM UNHAPPY ABOUT (SHORT LIST):

BARACK OBAMA, THE WORST PRESIDENT IN U.S. HISTORY, IS STILL IN OFFICE.

MIKE MCINTYRE, ONE OF THE MOST INNEFECTUAL MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, IS STILL IN OFFICE.

BEV PURDUE IS STILL GOVERNOR.

ATHEISTS STILL DO NOT BELIEVE IN GOD.

GRITS ARE NOT SOLD IN GROCERY STORES EVERYWHERE.

LENINGRAD WAS NAMED AFTER A COMMUNIST.
