NCAE (harmless acronym, but it's a teachers' union) is pawn of State Democratic Party.

TEACHERS' UNION PLANS BOYCOTT OF NC REPUBLICAN'S STORES

Submitted by lbonner on 2011-03-31 09:14

Members of the state's education group voted to boycott businessses owned by Raleigh businessman Art Pope.

Brian Lewis, lobbyist for the N.C. Association of Educators, said Pope takes profits out of poor communities to fund organizations that work against the interests of poor people and public education.

Pope, who owns Variety Wholesalers, has used his money to bankroll groups such as the Civitas Institute and the John Locke Foundation. He is also an Americans for Prosperity director. The groups have taken positions and espoused views that NCAE opposes.

"He funds things that attack not only teachers, but students," Lewis said.

NCAE members voted to boycott Pope-owned stores at their convention two weeks ago, but the group is waiting to hear back from the state NAACP on whether they will join in before it makes a formal announcement, Lewis said.
UPDATE:

Pope said NCAE is "lying about my record of support for public schools."

While he was in the legislature, Pope said he supported increased funding for low wealth schools, supported the ABC reforms and was a principal supporter of a bill to expedite school construction.

The state Democratic Party called for a boycott of Variety Wholesalers stores before the election last fall. Pope said it had no effect on sales.

NCAE is the NC teachers' UNION ... even though they DENY it daily.

Lewis and this paper N&O are being dishonest
March 31, 2011 - 11:51am — PaulTerrell

Lewis and this paper are being dishonest and just espousing political points. The NCAE are being evil in their use and abuse of our children. Maybe Lewis needs to come out behind our children and debate the facts.

Lewis and the NCAE are only out for themselves and the NCAE's greed and self interest disgusts me. Stop being a Leech and pay for some of youjr own healthcare and other insurance benefits.

I bet Mr. Lewis has never met Mr. Pope or heard him speak in person. Art says you can do what you want in life. Rely on yourself not the government.

Perdue, Easley, Basnight, and Wicker campaigns took funny money.

Verne Strickland Blogmaster

Somebody put the wrong headline on this one: "Ex-NC senator pleads guilty to election violation". The names, in this case, were withheld to protect the guilty. The real news wasn't that some crooked Democrat state senator hoodwinked the State Board of Elections. That happens all the time. It was that the spoils of war went into the cesspool campaign coffers of Democrat turkeys Perdue, Easley, Basnight and Wicker. Well, I think that little oversight has been cleared up. I like our headline better.

By: The Associated Press 03/31/11 3:06 PM

A former North Carolina lawmaker has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor election law violation, acknowledging that he funneled money through his company to prominent Democrats.

Attorney Wayne Robbins said Thursday that former state Sen. Fred Hobbs is sorry for what he did and happy to put the case behind him. Hobbs was given a 30-day suspended sentence, 12 months of probation, a $20,000 fine and 100 hours of community service. He is also barred from making political contributions for a year.

Hobbs previously paid a $150,000 fine after a State Board of Elections probe. An election board investigator found $148,000 went from Hobbs' engineering firm in Southern Pines to the campaigns of Gov. Beverly Perdue, former Gov. Mike Easley, state Senate leader Marc Basnight and former Lt. Gov. Dennis Wicker.

NORWAY: Abusive and violent Muslim immigrants make native Norwegians feel like foreigners in their own country. Are we listening?

Verne Strickland Blogmaster
March 31, 2011

I visited Norway in 1972 on a film mission. I was there to shoot a television special for the NC Oil Jobbers Association about oil exploration in the North Sea. While many indelible memories were gained during our time there, the first impression was one that stuck with me. After flying from Oslo in a two-engine prop plane over pristine fjords and sparkling seascapes, our party landed at Stavanger, Norway, a small, idyllic seaport which housed many professional oil rig workers.

We were met by a grizzled and bearded American expatriate who had married a Norwegian lady, and melted contentedly into the native population. Here is what he said: "Enjoy your stay here. I know you will. These are wonderful people."

It was almost a gentle warning-- Be kind. Don't offend. They will respond in the same way. It was true. So it breaks my heart to read what Islamic intruders are doing now to this lovely, peaceable people. This article is a warning too. We have our guard down in America. In North Carolina. It could be happening here.

“It’s hard to be a Norwegian in Norway.” The Norwegians, as the Swedes and other EU member states, have been embarking on a ‘hara kiri’ self-inflicted cultural-ethnic suicide of their own country.

Ethnic Norwegians are actually documenting their own cultural genocide. One of the first things the Fascist, Nazist ideology of Islam and its followers does to control their environment when they take the lead, piece by piece, is to segregate themselves from other belief systems.

This is done by spreading hate and mistrust against people with other belief systems by humiliating and discriminating against them for not being Muslims. The key words here are “incitement to riot.” “deceiving by illusion” and “lying to key non-islam believers.” To Islam all non Islamic believers are enemies.

Aftonposten via Tundra Tabloids -(H/T Susan K)

“I will not let my children grow up here. That I do not take a chance on.”

He has made up his mind. After having lived in Groruddalen Oslo his whole life, recent years’ developments have scared Patrick Aserud away. In the summer he will be moving with his wife and kindergarten-age daughter away from Furuseth and out of town. He moves from a local community he believes is about to crack under the weight of failed integration.

- It’s been hard to be ethnic Norwegian in Groruddalen. It’s about massive language problems, as well as a pressure to adapt to the norms that feels totally alien to us who have a Western way of life and thinking.

- There are nursery schools where almost no children or parents are speaking Norwegian, and schools where children are being threatened with a beating for bring a packed lunch of salami.

- Girls are bullied for being blonde, and need dark hair and colors to fit in. It is not okay to be gay at school, not an atheist and certainly not a Jew. Especially the last three years have been frightening to see and hear about what’s happening, “said Åserud.

A majority of parents need an interpreter.

He has resigned from his job in the kindergarten. It is not least during 15 years as a teacher in schools and kindergarten he has noticed an increasingly skewed porportion (imbalance) between ethnic Norwegians and minorities.

- We needed interpreters for 10 out of 18 parent-teacher meetings. How then can we possibly create a good environment and make sure there is good cooperation between schools and homes, Aserud asks rhetorically.

He feels that it is he and his family who must be integrated as a minority in their own country.

- I have been positive and optimistic in the past. But there is a limit when it gets a majority who do not speak Norwegian well. We are many who feel this strongly, regardless of skin color. An Indian family I know are expected to live as Muslims because they are brown in the skin.

- Many people will probably think that you are insensitive and out of step with the new Norway? There are very many who are sensitive. People move here because of the positive experiences they have had, “Åserud.

Figures from Statistics Norway support the claim. There are now 3000 fewer ethnic Norwegians Groruddalen than just two years ago. Depopulation occurs faster than before, but over time the figures speak clearly: Groruddalen has lost 20,000 ethnic Norwegians in the last 15 years, despite population growth. Ethnic Norwegian-share has dropped from 82 to 56 percent in 15 years.

Another stunner behind Obama's Libya doctrine. You won't believe who helped devise policy used by president. Or maybe you will.

Hanan Ashrawi

TEL AVIV – A staunch denier of the Holocaust who long served as the deputy of late PLO leader Yasser Arafat served on the committee that invented the military doctrine used by President Obama as the main justification for U.S. and international airstrikes against Libya.

As WND first reported, billionaire philanthropist George Soros is a primary funder and key proponent of the Global Centre for Responsibility to Protect, the world's leading organization pushing the military doctrine. Several of the doctrine's main founders sit on multiple boards with Soros.

The doctrine and its founders, as WND reported, have been deeply tied to Obama aide Samantha Power, who reportedly heavily influenced Obama in consultations leading to the decision to bomb Libya. Power is the National Security Council special adviser to Obama on human rights.

See what it's going to take to stop CAIR and the "Muslim Mafia" from Islamizing America

Now it has emerged that Palestinian legislator Hanan Ashrawi served on the advisory board of the 2001 commission that originally founded Responsibility to Protect.

That commission is called the International Commission on Intervention and State Sovereignty. It invented the term "Responsibility to Protect," while defining its guidelines.

Ashrawi is an infamous defender of Palestinian terrorism. Her father, Daoud Mikhail, was a co-founder of the PLO with Arafat. The PLO was engaged in scores of international terrorist acts and was declared a terrorist group by the U.S. in 1987.

During the First Palestinian Intifada, or war of "resistance" against Israel, in 1988, Ashrawi joined what was known as the Intifada Political Committee, which sought to advance Palestinian goals through both politics and "resistance." She served there until 1993.

In 1991, Arafat appointed Ashrawi to serve as the PLO's Minister of Higher Education and Research. The Palestinian school system is notorious for its glorification of "martyrdom," or suicide bombings, and has long preached against the existence of Israel.

Discover the Networks notes Ashrawi has long defended the Hamas terror group as a legitimate component of the Palestinian "political spectrum."

She has stated she does not "think of Hamas as a terrorist group."

"We coordinate [with Hamas] politically," she said in April 1993, "the people we know and talk to are not terrorists."

In 1998 Ashrawi founded MIFTAH, a nonprofit that seeks to undermine Israel's legitimacy and refers to that Jewish state's 1948 creation as "Al Nakba," or "The Catastrophe."

Ashrawi has long been a Holocaust denier. In the July 2, 1998, edition of the official Palestinian Authority newspaper Al-Hayat Al-Jadeeda, she published an article calling the Holocaust "a deceitful myth, which the Jews have … exploited to get sympathy."

In 2001 Ashrawi became a spokeswoman for the Arab League.

Notably, Amre Moussa, Secretary General of the Arab League, served as an adviser to the same 2001 commission that invented the "Responsibility to Protect" doctrine.

Ashrawi, meanwhile, was a protégé and later colleague and close friend of late Columbia University Professor Edward Said, another notorious apologist for Palestinian terrorism.

Said was replaced by Rashid Khalidi, a close personal friend to Obama.

Soros funded doctrine

With Ashrawi on the advisory board, the International Commission on Intervention and State Sovereignty first defined the "Responsibility to Protect" doctrine.

In his address to the nation on Monday, Obama specifically cited the military doctrine as the main justification for U.S. and international airstrikes against Libya.

Indeed, the Libya bombings have been widely regarded as a test of "Responsibility to Protect."

"Responsibility to Protect," or "Responsibility to Act" as cited by Obama is a set of principles, now backed by the United Nations, based on the idea that sovereignty is not a privilege but a responsibility that can be revoked if a country is accused of "war crimes," "genocide," "crimes against humanity" or "ethnic cleansing."

The term "war crimes" has at times been indiscriminately used by various U.N.-backed international bodies, including the International Criminal Court, or ICC, which applied it to Israeli anti-terror operations in the Gaza Strip. There has also been fear the ICC could be used to prosecute U.S. troops.

The Global Centre for Responsibility to Protect is the world's leading champion of the military doctrine.

Two of global group's advisory board members, Ramesh Thakur and Gareth Evans, are the original founders of the "Responsibility" doctrine, with the duo even coining the term "Responsibility to Protect."

Soros' Open Society is one of only three nongovernmental funders of the Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect. Government sponsors include Australia, Belgium, Canada, the Netherlands, Norway, Rwanda and the U.K.

Board members of the group include former U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan, former Ireland President Mary Robinson and South African activist Desmond Tutu. Robinson and Tutu have recently made solidarity visits to the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip as members of a group called The Elders, which includes former President Jimmy Carter.

Annan once famously stated, "State sovereignty, in its most basic sense, is being redefined – not least by the forces of globalization and international co-operation. States are ... instruments at the service of their peoples and not vice versa."

Obama cited doctrine multiple times

Aside from his direct citation of the "Responsibility" doctrine in his address explaining why the U.S. is acting against Libya, Obama alluded to the doctrine four more times in his speech.

The following are relevant excerpts from his address, with references to U.S. "responsibility" in bold:

In this effort, the United States has not acted alone. Instead, we have been joined by a strong and growing coalition. This includes our closest allies – nations like the United Kingdom, France, Canada, Denmark, Norway, Italy, Spain, Greece and Turkey – all of whom have fought by our side for decades. And it includes Arab partners like Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, who have chosen to meet their responsibility to defend the Libyan people.

Last night, NATO decided to take on the additional responsibility of protecting Libyan civilians.

To brush aside America's responsibility as a leader and – more profoundly – our responsibilities to our fellow human beings under such circumstances would have been a betrayal of who we are.

The task that I assigned our forces – to protect the Libyan people from immediate danger and to establish a No Fly Zone – carries with it a U.N. mandate and international support. So would the costs and our share of the responsibility for what comes next.

Soros: Right to 'penetrate nation-states' borders'

Soros himself outlined the fundamentals of Responsibility to Protect in a 2004 Foreign Policy magazine article entitled "The People's Sovereignty: How a New Twist on an Old Idea Can Protect the World's Most Vulnerable Populations."

In the article, Soros said "true sovereignty belongs to the people, who in turn delegate it to their governments."

"If governments abuse the authority entrusted to them and citizens have no opportunity to correct such abuses, outside interference is justified," Soros wrote. "By specifying that sovereignty is based on the people, the international community can penetrate nation-states' borders to protect the rights of citizens.

"In particular, the principle of the people's sovereignty can help solve two modern challenges: the obstacles to delivering aid effectively to sovereign states and the obstacles to global collective action dealing with states experiencing internal conflict," he concluded.

More Soros ties

Responsibility founders Evans and Thakur served as co-chair, with Gregorian on the advisory board of the International Commission on Intervention and State Sovereignty, which invented the term "Responsibility to Protect."

In his capacity as co-chair, Evans also played a pivotal role in initiating the fundamental shift from sovereignty as a right to "sovereignty as responsibility."

Evans presented "Responsibility to Protect" at the July 23, 2009, United Nations General Assembly, which was convened to consider the principle.

Evans sits on multiple boards with Soros, including the Clinton Global Initiative.

Thakur is a fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation, which is in partnership with an economic institute founded by Soros.

Soros is on the executive board of the International Crisis Group, a "crisis management organization" for which Evans serves as president-emeritus.

WND previously reported how the group has been petitioning for the U.S. to normalize ties with the Muslim Brotherhood, the main opposition in Egypt, where longtime U.S. ally Hosni Mubarak was recently toppled.

Aside from Evans and Soros, the group includes on its board Egyptian opposition leader Mohamed ElBaradei, as well as other personalities who champion dialogue with Hamas, a violent offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood.

WND also reported the crisis group has also petitioned for the Algerian government to cease "excessive" military activities against al-Qaida-linked groups and to allow organizations seeking to create an Islamic state to participate in the Algerian government.

Soros' own Open Society Institute has funded opposition groups across the Middle East and North Africa, including organizations involved in the current chaos.

'One World Order'

WND also reported that doctrine founder Thakur recently advocated for a "global rebalancing" and "international redistribution" to create a "New World Order."

"Toward a new world order," Thakur wrote in a piece last March in the Ottawa Citizen newspaper, "Westerners must change lifestyles and support international redistribution."

He was referring there to a United Nations-brokered international climate treaty in which he argued, "Developing countries must reorient growth in cleaner and greener directions."

In the opinion piece, Thakur then discussed recent military engagements and how the financial crisis has impacted the U.S.

"The West's bullying approach to developing nations won't work anymore – global power is shifting to Asia," he wrote.

"A much-needed global moral rebalancing is in train," he added.

Thakur continued: "Westerners have lost their previous capacity to set standards and rules of behavior for the world. Unless they recognize this reality, there is little prospect of making significant progress in deadlocked international negotiations."

Thakur contended "the demonstration of the limits to U.S. and NATO power in Iraq and Afghanistan has left many less fearful of 'superior' western power."

Power pushes doctrine

Doctrine founder Evans, meanwhile, is closely tied to Obama aide Samantha Power.

Evans and Power have been joint keynote speakers at events in which they have championed the "Responsibility to Protect" principle together, such as the 2008 Global Philanthropy Forum, also attended by Tutu.

Then last November, at the International Symposium on Preventing Genocide and Mass Atrocities, Power, attending as a representative of the White House, argued for the use of "Responsibility to Protect" alongside Evans.

Press ignores McIntyre staffer's sick outburst at jobfest. We do the job they didn't.

By Verne Strickland
March 30, 2011

Seventh District Congressman Mike McIntyre hosted a “Jobs Creation Summit” this week at the northern campus of Cape Fear Community College near Castle Hayne.

But then you have probably heard about that. Not the actual meeting itself. That was a bust according to a report sent to me during the "summit":

"Half of the audience walked out during the middle and second half of the program. It was completely ineffective."

No, anything that happened with the program will surely not be remembered. It's what happened during the event that Congressman McIntyre and his people would like to forget.

A bizarre incident that went under the radar, at least as far as the audience was concerned, was captured and reported by an alert news team representing WWAY-TV3 of Wilmington. Here's an excerpt of from their story:

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY)March 29, 2011 -- During Rep. Mike McIntyre's jobs summit today, one of the Congressman's staffers made some interesting comments to us.

After he saw Del Pietro, a Democrat who plans to challenge McIntyre in the primary, talking to our crew, McIntyre's economic development director Tony McEwen pulled them aside.

McEwen told us Pietro is "crazy," "shaky," "schizophrenic" and "not all there."

Pietro says McEwen is trying to destroy his reputation because he knows he is a serious contender to beat the Congressman.

"I think average folks like us should be able to run for public office without having to endure dirty politics," Pietro said.

"Quite frankly this is exactly what the folks in this Congressional district and across America are exhausted by. Our political system can be very dirty, and this is clearly an indication of that."

When asked about McEwen's comments, McIntyre's Chief of Staff said in an e-mail to WWAY, "(A)ny comments Tony McEwen made with regard to the subject manner you referenced were not authorized by, nor reflective of, this office."

When asked if he, the Congressman or McEwen would like a chance to talk on camera or by phone about what was said and Pietro's reaction, Mitchell e-mailed back, "We have no further comment. Thanks."

VS: But Pietro did have some further comments, which he offered in an exclusive interview for USA DOT COM:

Pietro: “The slanderous attack that Tony McEwen used against me with a WWAY reporter is just very unfortunate. I fully plan to pursue all legal avenues to put a stop to this. It’s just completely inappropriate.”

VS: How did this happen to erupt like this?

Pietro:“All I did was say hello to the WWAY reporter who was there. And after that the WWAY news director told me the reporter was pulled aside and told of all these slanderous remarks. WWAY called me immediately to get my comments on it, and it was such a serious situation that I was asked to go down to the station and get a face-to-face interview.”

VS: What are you considering in the wake of this incident?

Pietro: “I’m going to be pursuing all avenues in terms of civil litigation against Tony McEwen and the congressman. Tony is a representative of the congressman, and is doing the congressman’s dirty work, and basically the congressman is accountable for Tony’s remarks. They are baseless and it’s saddening that the congressman and his staff would stoop to this level.”

VS: You said that Mr. McEwan has run afoul of federal law?

Pietro: “Yes, he’s a federal employee covered by the Hatch Act, as I understand it, and he is not supposed to be campaigning while he is working in any way, shape or form. That’s the way I understand the law, and he clearly violated that law. When he made those remarks, he is technically campaigning against me. That’s an issue that’s to be reported to the Federal Government."

VS: What does the Democratic Party have to say about all this?

Pietro: “Tony is the State’s third vice chair of the party, and I was just told by a local Democrat that the party is going to put forth a resolution at our convention asking him to resign his office. This will be at either the county or the district level.

“This is just very dirty politics, and it’s uncalled for. They should be able to campaign on substance, but apparently if they don’t feel they can beat me on substance, they will just resort to these types of attacks.

“A call was made to the congressman’s office by the chair of the Democratic Party for the Seventh District, Melvin Williams, making him aware of what transpired, and explaining that I’m looking for a sincere apology from the congressman and Tony McEwan, and also asking for disciplinary action against Tony for slanderous comments.

“I am in consultation with an attorney right now to discuss what my legal options are in terms of filing a civil suit against both Tony and the congressman. This wasn’t typical political rhetoric, this was a direct slanderous attack, and I’m not going to tolerate it.”

VS: News media in the area treated the McIntyre job summit tempest like a hot potato. Although Pietro said he talked with StarNews reporter Patrick Gannon about the incident, the embarrassing political dust-up was ignored in Wednesday's print edition.

In an earlier time, this would probably be the end of awkward moments like this. In this hidebound Cape Fear region, which has been a Democrat stronghold for a century, no self-respecting news organization would have ventured the faintest suggestion of such a gaffe involving a powerful Democrat's staff.

But this is 2011, friends, and thank God for the Internet. No longer do Republicans and their supporters have to resort to sky writing or leaflet drops to report the news.

And no longer do we have to plead with pompous "news" writers to drop a favorable line or two about our agenda somewhere on the obituary page. Today, we don't have to run our information through a Democrat filter which sanitizes the copy into total obscurity.

Why? The American public has the Internet.

Free at last, free at last . . . as the late MLK famously intoned.

So I did my bit on my USA DOT COM blog, and some readers generously commented.

Blogger Darvin Dowdy said...

HEY DEL: I get your indignity "but" what you're experiencing is the norm from the main-stream DNC. We Tea Party conservatives have had to to endure slanderous attacks, such as this and worse, continuously by Democrats. We've just learned to try to ignore them. Sometimes its difficult.

Just know that the "folks" out in NC7 don't think you are crazy. They're cheering you on. Keep applying pressure and bring some civility back to the Democrat Party. (great interview, Verne!) DD

Andy wrote: "Tony McEwen is paid by our tax dollars and was on the clock when these statements were made. He shouldn't be commenting on political candidates or engaging political activities. What else is McEwen doing to attempt to advance McIntyre's political future while he is on the clock?"

VS: Then there was an assortment of comments posted on the WWAY message board:

This story is disgusting and for McEwen to espouse such dirty rhetoric is indicative of McIntyre and his office. Is this what happens when an entrenched incumbent has a legitimate challenger? I hope this is the straw that broke the camels back for McIntyre. McEwen should be fired.

I know both of the gentlemen you have written about in your story. If either of them is "not all there" or "schizophrenic" it isn't Del Pietro. I think Tony McEwen's actions demonstrated that he is the type of ambitious politician who would sell his grandmother to meet his needs. It isn't the first time I have seen him behave in this manner.

On the other hand, Del Pietro is a True Democrat, loyal to the party and to the President who says what he believes and follows through on those beliefs. He would make a fine, honest Congressman representing our district.

Del is kind enough not to slap Mike in the face for that one. How very low to smear someone's character. And Del has kids and family that will read such accusations. How would Mr. McIntyre like it if someone said this to his children. Del's children are young but can hear others repeat such "trash". How cruel can one be? Apologize!!!!!

Perhaps he is afraid Del will win. And with this type action he has my vote. How nasty!!!

Actual, from what I've read, Pietro sounds like a real Democrat.
McIntyre is a Democrat in name only. There must be something about Pietro that makes McIntyre worry because I don't think he would waste his time commenting on someone he considers truly "crazy".
It would be nice to have a real Democrat in the congressional race for a change.

Mike is honorable and is not remotely "dirty". This is irrelevant to you and your other desparate supporters who can only try to gain ground by lying and distorting the truth and record of a senior Congressman who has been a great asset to his district. "A golden opportunity to capitalize" is all you seek without regard for the truth--you are indeed desparate.Save your slander.

VS: Well, it takes all kinds. We could go on and on but you get the idea. Interesting how the lack of civility and respect which the Democrats preach but don't practice at the national level also infects party hacks down the line.

Del Pietro is as quiet now as the press which has failed to give a fair report of this -- or any report at all. Pietro has said his piece, and likely has now fallen silent because he has hired that attorney he mentioned to go after Mike McIntyre Incorporated.

See you in court, boys.

Danny McComas sells out on illegal immigration, but HB 33 passes anyway. What the hell?

Verne Strickland Blogmaster

ALIPAC Release
March 30, 2011

The North Carolina House of Representatives just set a national precedent on behalf of American workers, students, taxpayers, and voters who suffer from the ill effects of illegal immigration by passing HB 33 which is now headed to the NC Senate.

House Bill 33 prevents all state and local governments from accepting the worthless Matricula Consular cards sold by the Mexican government to illegal aliens on US soil or to anyone looking to create false identification.

Every Democrat in the NC House stood with illegal alien invaders on the bill except for one. The Democrats of North Carolina were unified in their support of continued illegal immigration.

Two traitor Republicans voted with the Democrats in support of aiding and abetting illegal immigrants with bogus Matricula IDs.

Thank goodness this historic bill passed 64-53. There were 64 representatives voting with Americans and 53 voting with the Mexican Consul and the illegal immigrants they support.

Daniel "Danny" McComas, a Republican from Wilmington and New Hanover County, voted against HB 33. He voted to protect illegal aliens using Matricula ID to steal jobs, classroom seats, and other taxpayer resources from Americans.

He joined illegal alien supporting Republican Representative Jeff Barnhart who hails from Concord, NC in Cabarrus County.

Barnhart's support for illegal aliens comes as no surprise since he was one of the two Republican sponsors of the infamous HB 1183 bill back in 2005. That bill sought to provide in-state tuition benefits for illegal immigrants who would have replaced innocent NC Students in our limited college seats at taxpayer expense!

How in the world a sellout Republican like Barnhart is still in office after supporting a highly visible bill like HB 1183, which 81% of likely NC voters oppose according to poling by the JWP Civitas organization in Raleigh, is a mystery.

Perhaps Danny McComas should look at what happened to Barnhart's last Republican accomplice aiding illegal immigrant invaders in NC. Republican Representative John Sauls of Lee County encountered such a strong backlash over his anti-American behavior and support for taxpayer benefits for illegal aliens that he resigned at the end of the same year that HB 1183 was soundly defeated.

I guess many of us who consider ourselves to be true conservatives assumed that the Republicans in Jeff Barnhart's district would take care of business in the primaries by removing such a vulnerable candidate. This is usually the case around the country, but yet Barnhart remains to continue with his pro illegal alien voting record in Raleigh.

Jeff Barnhart and Danny McComas voting with Democrats to support illegal aliens is bad enough, but for them to break ranks with the Republican Caucus at a time when Republicans have gained control of the NC Legislature for the first time in 130 years adds further insult to conservatives.

The North Carolina Republican Party does not need illegal immigration supporting lawmakers like Jeff Barnhart and Danny McComas when they show a pattern of working and voting alongside liberal extremists like Representative Paul Luebke and Deborah Ross on legislation.

Let us call upon Republican lawmakers in North Carolina, along with the NC GOP, Republican Auxiliary organizations, Tea Party groups, and conservative activists to unify to assure that both Representatives Barnhart and McComas face tier 1 GOP primary challengers in 2012!

Qualified and dedicated Republican candidates should be able to easily dispatch both of these gentlemen from the elected official list by contacting GOP voters with their voting records showing alignment with illegal immigrants and urban liberals like Luebke and Ross.

According to the polling data, both McComas and Barnhart and their Democratic allies are out of alignment with approximately 80% of all likely NC voters and those numbers are probably higher in a GOP primary scenario.

HB 33 is now headed to the NC Senate where the Mexican Consulate and other illegal immigration supporters are counting on RINO (Republican In Name Only) Republicans to join with liberal Democrats as McComas and Barnhart did to stop any significant state level protections against illegal immigration.

It would only take about three Republicans to jump ship in the NC Senate to stop these bills.

We can also count on the open borders invasion lobby to try to persuade President Pro Tempore Phil Berger to resume the old tactics of the Democrats and suppress these bills in committee.

The North Carolina public, including members of both parties and every race, must send a very clear message to the Democrats and the Republican traitors who would join them in their support for the invasion of our state that we will remember next November.

In fact, it is long past due that we set up a special committee in North Carolina that will work to establish more direct contact with voters in the districts of lawmakers who vote against immigration enforcement bills in our state.

We have enough friends and allies in the General Assembly right now that we can detect and illuminate any person or group that tries to stop these bills behind the scenes. We are going to light them up for all to see if they try to stop our bills.
The NC House is obviously in good hands under the leadership of Speaker Tillis and the fine leaders he has arrayed around him in key positions.

The NC Senate Republicans are yet to be tested on this issue.

We do know that illegal immigration issues were one of the top motivating factors behind NC voters throwing the Democrats out of power after 130 years! Republicans promised real change and while the top GOP leadership tried to dodge the issue on the statewide level, many Republican candidates who won promised voters action to stop illegal immigrants from running amok in NC.

Let's go ahead and line up candidates and campaigns to replace RINOs like Barnhart and McComas in the NC House immediately. Let's send a clear message to all Democrats and sellout Republicans that we will fight and remove anyone that stands in the way of our efforts to protect NC workers who are losing their jobs and wages to illegals, NC students who are losing their college seats to illegals, NC taxpayers who are losing over 1 Billion dollars in stolen resources, and NC voters who are losing their voting power due to elections fraud and corruption involving illegals.

There are other RINOs on the NC Senate side negotiating with power groups like the Mexican Consulate and we need to send a clear message that we are ready to take them on if they dare to try to stop legislation supported by 80% of NC voters.

Over 90% of the NC Republican lawmakers are doing their job to represent the people of our state. Now, let us do our job by setting the task of removing those who would deny the public defense against this invasion from office in the next election cycle.

For any who we fail to remove in 2012, let us push again year after year until we elect Americans who support Americans instead of illegal alien invaders and their power groups.

Copies of this letter will be sent to Republican leaders in each county that Barnhart and McComas represent and let our efforts here in NC be an example for all states trying to defend against invasion. Let's hold these invasion supporting state lawmakers accountable by removing them from office in primaries and general elections.

Mike McIntyre staff member calls Democrat candidate Del Pietro "crazy", "not all there".

WILMINGTON JOBS CREATION EVENT SCENE OF STRANGE ROW INVOLVING CONGRESSMAN'S ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TONY McEWEN, WHO INSULTS McINTYRE'S CHALLENGER.

Seventh District Congressman Mike McIntyre hosted a “Jobs Creation Summit” today at the northern campus of Cape Fear Community College near Castle Hayne.

Reports from the event said it was not well-received, and a number of people left early.

Wilmington resident Del Pietro, Democratic candidate in the 2012 NC Seventh District primary, was in attendance. He said earlier that he was going to be looking for a job – McIntyre’s seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.

The most exciting activity took place backstage at the meeting, as reported by WWAY-TV3 News of Wilmington:

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- During Rep.

Thanks."

END OF WWAY-TV3 NEWS CONTINUITY

Verne Strickland, USA DOT COM:

After the incident, we contacted candidate Del Pietro for an exclusive interview. Here is part of what he said.
